摘要
介绍了一种可应用于制备梳棉机机架的新型材料——钢纤维树脂混凝土材料,并将其与制备梳棉机机架的铸铁材料进行对比。研究表明,钢纤维树脂混凝土材料的力学性能和制备工艺均明显优于铸铁材料,是梳棉机机架制备中一种值得研究和推广应用的新型材料。
Steel fiber resin concrete materials which could be applied to manufacturing the carding machine frame were introduced and compared with the cast iron material used for the carding machine frame.The research result showed that the mechanical property and preparation technology of the steel fiber resin concrete material were superior to the cast iron material significantly,and the steel fiber resin concrete material was a new-type material which was good enough to be adopted in further research and application in carding machine frames.
