摘要
基于红、黄、蓝3个色相,分别对羊毛围巾数码印花工艺的浆料配方进行优化。在浆料中添加了印花渗透剂和稀土。研究结果表明,羊毛围巾数码印花较适宜的浆料综合配方:海藻酸钠用量为100g、水用量为4 400g、碱用量为70g、尿素用量为850g、元明粉用量为130g、渗透剂用量为20mL、稀土用量为30g。
Based on three hues of red,yellow and blue respectively,the formula of the wool scarf digital printing slurry was optimized.penetrating agent and rare earth were added to the slurry.The research results indicated that the formula of the final optimum slurry was as follows:the dosage of sodium alginate was 100 g,water was 4 400 g,alkali was 70 g,urea was 850 g,sodium sulfate was 130 g,penetrating was 20 mL,and rare earth was 30 g.
