摘要
针对污水处理中产生的大量剩余污泥的絮凝脱水问题,研究制备了壳聚糖/蒙脱土(CTS/MMT)复合絮凝剂,并利用CTS聚电解质的电中和与架桥作用,以及MMT的吸附作用来提高污泥的脱水性能。结果表明,复合材料两相间存在氢键作用,通过形成物理交联网络使其弹性储能模量增加,损耗因子减小;复合材料中CTS分子链插层进入MMT层间,且采取单分子层的方式排列;CTS/MMT质量比为1∶1.5、质量浓度为0.1 g/L时有利于降低污泥的比阻和含水率,提高污泥上清液的透光率,降低浊度,增强复合材料的污泥脱水性能。
The composite conditioner of chitosan(CTS)/montmorillonite(MMT)was prepared to be applied in dewatering of the waste sludge. The synergistic effect of the two components in the composite through the charge neutrality and bridging action of CTS aswell as the adsorption capacity of MMT resulted in an enhanced dewaterability of waste sludge. The results reveal that hydrogen bonding formed between the two components in the composite leads to relatively high elastic modulus(G′)values and low tanδ values,and the MMTplatelets are in an intercalated state in the CTS matrix and adopt a monolayer arrangement. Addition of CTS/MMT with mass ratio of 1∶1.5 and dosage of 0.1 g/L reduces specific resistance to filtration(SRF)and moisture of sludge cake, and the UV transmittance of the supernatant of the waste sludge is improved, indicating an enhanced sludge dewatering property of the composite.
