摘要
采用引发剂连续再生催化剂原子转移自由基聚合(ICAR ATRP)法成功地合成了含氟嵌段聚丙烯酸酯,以其为原料制备了含氟水性聚氨酯(FWPU),研究了含氟嵌段聚丙烯酸酯对水性聚氨酯薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,ICAR ATRP制备的含氟嵌段聚丙烯酸酯的相对分子质量为11000,与设计值相符,相对分子质量分布为1.15。当含氟嵌段聚丙烯酸酯(PBMA-b-PDFHMA)加入量为0.5%(质量分数)时,水性聚氨酯薄膜经160℃烘焙处理后,表面对水的接触角可达110°,其疏水性能得到极大的提高。加入PBMA-b-PDFHMA能明显改善水性聚氨酯的耐老化性能,在紫外老化30 h后,含氟水性聚氨酯的保光率达95%以上。
Poly(butyl methacrylate)-b-poly(dodecafluoro-heptylmethacrylate)(PBMA-b-PDFH-MA) block copolymers were synthesized with initiators for continuous activator regeneration atom transfer radical polymerization(ICAR ATRP). The fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane(FWPU) containing PBMA-b-PDFHMA was then synthesized. The effects of PBMA-b-PDFHMA on the properties of the fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane films were investigated. The molecular weight of PBMA-b-PDFHMA via ICAR ATRP is 11,000,which shows consistency with the designed,and the polydipersity is 1. 15. The contact angle to water of the waterborne polyurethane film with 0. 5% PBMA-b-PDFHMA reaches 110° after the film was treated at 160 ℃. The hydrophobicty of FWPU film is greatly improved. The ageing-resistant performance of the films can be greatly improved when PBMA-b-PDFHMA was incorporated. After being exposed to ultraviolet light for about 30 h,the FWPU films have the gloss retention of about 95%.
