静电纺取向纳米纤维束及纳米纤维纱线的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 到目前为止,大多数静电纺纳米纤维是以无纺布的形式收集到的,由于其杂乱无章的结构以及较低的力学性能严重束缚了纳米纤维的应用。为了拓展纳米纤维的应用领域,很多学者开始研究取向纳米纤维束以及纳米纤维纱线的制备方法。本文介绍了取向纳米纤维束以及纳米纤维纱线的研究进展,特别阐述了各种加工方法的优缺点,并且对纳米纤维纱线的发展前景进行了展望。 Most electrospun nanofibers were collected in the form of randomly aligned and isotropic nonwoven mats until now. The chaotic structure and relatively low mechanical strength have restricted their applications. In order to expand applications of nanofibers,a few researchers have started to fabricate aligned nanofibers bundles or yarns recently.In this paper,preparation methods and applications of aligned nanofiber bundles and yarns were introduced. Especially the merits and demerits of various preparation methods were reviewed. Moreover,the future development of nanofiber yarns was prospected.
