摘要
采用漂浮自组装法制备出三维胶体晶体,并通过扫描电子显微镜对胶体晶体进行表征,观察并分析胶体晶体的形貌和结构。实验分别考察了各种因素(粒子种类、颗粒粒径、温度及固含量)对胶体晶体的形貌和结构的影响。结果表明,用漂浮法制得的聚苯乙烯(PS)胶体晶体比相同条件下SiO2胶体晶体排列更加有序,该法的最佳适用粒径为150 nm~500 nm,在特定温度(60℃~90℃)和固含量范围内均能在气液界面处自组装出大面积的三维有序胶体晶体。
Colloidal crystals were prepared by floating self-assembly. The appearance and the structure of colloidal crystals were observed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Influence of various factors( particle types,particle size,temperature and solid content) on the formation of colloidal crystals was investigated. The results show that the floating self-assembly is more suitable for PS than for SiO2. For the particle size from 150 nm to 500 nm,three-dimensional( 3D) ordered colloidal crystals in large domain can be prepared at air-water interface in certain temperature range( 60 ℃ ~90 ℃) and solid content range.
