摘要 首先通过热压缩实验研究热压工艺参数对有机玻璃(PMMA)热压后弹性回复的影响。从实验结果可知,温度和作用时间是影响热压后弹性回复率的重要因素。然后引入广义麦克斯韦方程作为热压应力松弛的控制方程,通过实验结果和模型计算结果对比,由该方程拟合的热压应力松弛曲线和实验测得的曲线具有较高的吻合度。最后由麦克斯韦方程导出弹性回复的数学模型,通过与实验结果对比可知,该数学模型对弹性回复的预测的误差小于10%。 Effects of process parameters on polymethylmethacrylate( PMMA) elastic recovery by hot compression experiments were researched. The results show that temperature and time are important factors to affect PMMA elastic recovery obtained from the experiments. Maxwell equation was generalized as the control equation of stress relaxation,and the fitting stress relaxation curves show high coincidence degree with the curves tested by experiments. The model of elastic recovery rate was derived from Maxwell equation,and the prediction error of the model to PMMA elastic recovery is less than 10%.
