摘要
研究了在均相条件下制备接枝率高、均一性好的丙烯酸接枝改性纳米纤维素晶体(AA-NCC)。纤维素原料在65%的氯化锌溶液中高速剪切溶解,再以过硫酸钾为引发剂,使纤维素与丙烯酸单体发生均相接枝共聚反应,进一步进行超声波处理,得到了AA-NCC。采用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等对AA-NCC的微观形貌、晶体结构、谱学等性能进行表征研究。结果表明,AA-NCC为均匀的球形,粒径约为10nm^40nm,分散性有明显改善。而且AA-NCC具有纤维素的基本化学结构,但其结晶结构发生明显变化,结晶度下降。
The nanocrystalline cellulose grafted with acrylic acid(AA-NCC)was prepared under homogeneous conditions.Briefly,the cellulose was dissolved in 65%zinc chloride aqueous solution by high-speed shearing.The homogeneous graft copolymerization between cellulose and acrylic acid(AA)was performed with potassium persulfate as initiator.The AA-NCC was obtained after regenerating and ultrasonic treatment.The microstructure and morphology,crystal structure,spectrum properties of AA-NCC were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR).The results show that AA-NCC is spherical and the size is about 10nm^40nm and its dispersibility is improved obviously.Moreover,AA-NCC keeps the basic chemical structure of cellulose from the results of FTIR,however,the obvious change of crystal structure of AA-NCC occurs and the crystallinity decreases.
