聚丁二烯胶乳接枝聚乙烯醇的制备与表征 被引量:2

摘要 采用乳液接枝的方法,以四乙烯五胺(TEPA)和过氧化氢叔丁醇(t-BHP)为引发剂,将聚乙烯醇(PVA)接枝到聚丁二烯胶乳(PBL)粒子上,制备出聚丁二烯接枝聚乙烯醇(PBL-g-PVA)。采用称量法测定接枝率,并用红外光谱、激光粒度仪和透射电镜分析PBL-g-PVA的结构、粒子粒径和形貌。结果表明,接枝率随PVA的用量增加而增大、反应温度的升高先增加后减小、反应时间的延长先增加而后保持不变;红外光谱谱图显示出PBL-g-PVA有PVA特征吸收且相应峰面积随接枝率的增加而增大;激光粒度仪结果显示平均粒径增加且多分散系数变大;透射电镜观测到PBL-g-PVA粒子呈核壳结构。 poly(vinyl alcohol)was grafted onto polybutadiene latex via emulsion polymerization using tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA)and hydrogen peroxide tert(t-BHP)as initiators.Graft degree was measured by gravimetric method and the structure,particle size and morphology of polybutadiene latex-g-poly(vinyl alcohol)(PBL-g-PVA)were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),laser particle size analyzer(LPS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that graft degree increases with increment of the PVA content,first increases and then decreases with increase of the reaction temperature,and first increases and then keeps invariant with prolong of the reaction time.FT-IR analysis shows that there are characteristic absorption peaks of PVA in PBL-g-PVA,and the corresponding peak area increases with the graft degree.LPS indicates that both the average particle size and its polydispersity index increase.TEM observations reveal that PBL-g-PVA particles are core-shell structure.
