摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机熔融制备废旧PP(R-PP)/废旧ABS(R-ABS)共混物,研究了二嵌段共聚物苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯(SEP)对R-PP/R-ABS共混物力学性能、熔体流动速率以及微观形貌的影响。研究表明,SEP的加入虽使拉伸强度略有下降,但能改善共混物的综合力学性能,且5 phr SEP与R-PP/R-ABS(70/30)共混时,共混物的综合力学性能最佳,缺口冲击强度达到4.05 k J/m2,比未加SEP时提高了73%。此外,熔体流动速率研究表明,随着SEP含量的增加,熔融指数降低。扫描电镜研究表明,SEP的加入减小了分散相的平均粒径,降低了分散相的聚集程度。
The effects of poly( styrene-b-ethylene-co-propylene)( SEP) on mechanical properties and micro structure of recycled polypropylene( R-PP) and recycled poly( acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)( R-ABS) blends were studied.Blends of R-PP / R-ABS with SEP were prepared by a twin-screw extruder. The notch impact strength,melt flow rate(MFR) and morphological property were measured. The results indicate that the impact strength of R-PP / R-ABS( 70 /30) is 4. 05 k J / m2,73% higher than that of unmodified blends when 5 phr SEP is used. The tensile strength remains unchanged. Meanwhile,in the fluidity study,as the content of SEP increases,the MFR of the R-PP / R-ABS / SEP blends decreases. Through the SEM analysis,the addition of SEP reduces the average particle size and the aggregation degree of the dispersed phase.
