摘要
采用本体熔融聚合法制备了一种新型不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂,并对不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂进行了表征。在合成的不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂低聚物中加入一定量的乙酸乙烯酯为交联剂和过氧化苯甲酰-N,N-二甲基苯胺为引发-促进剂在室温下预交联后热处理深度交联。研究了交联剂含量及热处理条件对深度交联后的不饱和聚酯酰胺力学及水解性能的影响。结果表明,提高热处理温度和时间或增加交联剂的含量都可以显著提高交联后的不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂的力学及水解性能,但都有一最佳值。
A new type of unsaturated poly(ester-amide)resin was prepared by melt polycondensation and characterized. Some vinyl acetate as crosslinker and benzoyl peroxide and N,N-Dimethylanilline as initiation-accelerant agent,then crosslinking at room temperature and heat treatment to make it depth crosslinked The mechanical and hydrolysis properties of crosslinked unsaturated poly(ester-amide)resin were studied.The results shown as heat treatment temperature,time or crossliner content raised,the mechanical and hydrolysis properties of crosslinked unsaturated poly(ester-amide)resin could be increased observably,but all have the best values.
