胶原/褐藻糖胶膜的制备及生物活性的研究

Study on Biological Activities and Prepration of Collagen/Fucoidan Films

制备了一种新型具有生物活性的胶原/褐藻糖胶膜。采用FTIR分析了胶原与褐藻糖胶间离子键的形成,并分别采用体外凝血试验tAPTT、tTT、tPT和MTT染色法评价了其体外抗凝血活性和人脐静脉血管内皮细胞HUVEC生长增值效果。结果表明,tAPTT、tTT分别在不同浓度出现显著性差异,而tPT未出现显著性差异;胶原/褐藻糖胶膜比胶原膜的OD550nm增加得多,HUVEC增殖数量有大幅度提高,胶原中添加褐藻糖胶后促进了HUVEC的增殖。

The new collagen/fucoidan films with biological activities were preprated.Its FTIR spectrums were analysed for characterizating forming ionic bonds between collagen and fucoidan.Its anticoagulant activities in vitro and cell proliferation of Human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)were appreciated preliminarily by the method of activited partial thromboplastin time(tAPTT)、activited thromboplastin time(tPT)、thrombin time(tTT)and method MTT staining respectively.It is shown that tAPTT、tTThave Significantly different from the control in different concentration respectively, and tPThas not;the films OD550nmare greater than collagen film,the cell proliferation of HUVEC raises more,the collagen added fucoidan improves HUVEC proliferation.
