摘要
采取模压成型的方式制备发泡天然橡胶复合材料,以相容性技术和硫化与发泡匹配机理为基础,分析了不同弹性体和LDPE对天然橡胶发泡质量及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:弹性体与LDPE的加入使得发泡天然橡胶复合材料的泡孔结构发生明显的变化,在天然橡胶中添加EVA所形成的发泡复合材料,其发泡质量较理想,泡孔直径最小为114.83μm,泡孔密度最大为每立方厘米达4.17×106个;对于力学性能,天然橡胶中添加BR所形成的发泡复合材料综合性能较好,其邵氏硬度15,压缩永久变形3.56%,冲击回弹性55%。从发泡质量和力学性能的角度来看,天然橡胶中添加EVA适合于发泡天然橡胶制品的开发。
By taking the method of grinding pressure molding to make preparation of the microcellular foam NR composites,and based on compatibility technology,vulcanizing and mechanism of foaming match,the effect law on the foam quality of NR and mechanical properties that brought by different elastomers has been analyzed.The results show that the addition of elastomer and LDPE has made a significant change in the cell structure of themicrocellular foam NR composites.The foam composites formed by adding EVA in the natural rubber has an ideal foam quality,with a cell diameter minimum to 114.83μm and the cell density reaches the maximum of 4.17×106cm-3;To the mechanical properties,The foam composites formed by adding BR in the natural rubber has a bettercomprehensive performance.It's Shaw hardness is 15,the compression set is 3.56%,and the impact resilience is 55%.From the perspective of the foam quality and mechanical property,adding EVA in the natural rubber is suitable for the development of the foam NR products.
