摘要 综述了耐高温聚酰亚胺树脂及其碳纤维增强复合材料、耐高温聚酰亚胺超级工程塑料和高性能功能性聚酰亚胺薄膜等的研究进展。耐高温聚酰亚胺树脂包括第一代耐316℃系列、第二代耐371℃系列、第三代耐426℃3个系列的产品;耐高温聚酰亚胺超级工程塑料包括反应性热模压成型和高温注塑成型的材料;高性能聚酰亚胺薄膜包括透明性聚酰亚胺薄膜和抗原子氧PI薄膜树脂。本文介绍了它们的结构,工艺以及性能,并对其在航天、航空空间技术及微电子等其它领域中的应用情况做了简单的介绍。 Advanced high temperature polyimide matrix resin and its carbon fiber reinforced composites,high temperature polyimide super engineering plastics and high performance polyimide films were investigated.The matrix resins include the first generation resin with service temperature of 316℃,the second generation with service temperature of371℃,and the third generation with service temperature of 426℃.High temperature polyimide super engineering plastics include reactive hot press molding polyimide plastics and high temperature injection molding plastics.High performance polyimide films comprise transparent polyimide film and atomic oxygen resistance polyimide film.The structure,process and performance were discussed,their application in aerospace,aviation,microelectronics and other fields were also presented.
