摘要
聚对二甲苯薄膜是20世纪60年代中期美国联合碳化物公司首先工业化开发应用的一种由真空气相沉积聚合而制得的具有优异特性的高分子材料,已发展成为用于橡胶表面改性的一种新型材料,用于改善橡胶制品的力学性能、耐化学品性能和耐油性能、阻隔性能、表面摩擦和润滑性能、电绝缘和耐电压破坏性能、生物相容性能等。本文作者结合自身的操作经验,对聚对二甲苯的制备方法、特性及其在橡胶制品如硅橡胶按键、橡胶密封圈、轮胎内衬和内胎、医疗橡胶制品、微机电系统上的应用进行了综述,并对其研究和应用前景作了简要展望。
Parylene films,which are made by vacuum vapor deposition and polymerization and have some excellent properties,was first developed industrially by Union Carbide Corporation in mid-1960 s.Parylene films have become a new type of material for rubber surface modification,e.g.,for the improvement of mechanical properties,chemical and oil resistance,barrier properties,surface friction and lubrication properties,electrical insulation and voltage resistance,and biocompatibility of rubber products.Based on the authors' working experience,the preparation method,the properties and the applications of the parylene films in rubber products such as silicone rubber keypads,rubber seal rings,inner liners and inner tubes,medical rubber products and micro electro mechanical systems were reviewed in this paper.The research and application prospects of parylene films were also briefly discussed.
