单分散耐高温聚酰亚胺微球的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and Properties of Mono-Dispersed Polyimide Microsphere with High Temperature Resistance

摘要 聚酰亚胺(PI)微球因其微纳结构所赋予独特的物理化学性质而受到广泛的关注。本研究采用相反转乳化法实现对PI的微球化,制备的PI微球具有单分散特性。研究结果表明,PI分子结构中引入疏水基团有利于微球化,搅拌速度和乳化剂浓度影响PI微球的形貌及粒径分布。 Owing to their unique physicochemical properties endowed by the micro/nano structure,polyimide microspheres attracted many attentions.Polyimide microspheres were fabricated via phase inversion emulsification method.The polyimide microspheres prepared by this way were mono-dispersed.PI with hydrophobic group in the molecular structure could be fabricated into microspheres in the microstructure successfully. Stirring rates and emulsion concentrations influenced polyimide microspheres morphology and particle distribution severely.
