摘要
本文简要介绍了某高机动雷达天线单元及其传动结构组成,应用ADAMS软件对该雷达天线举升系统建立了虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了不同工况的动力学仿真分析。最后得到天线的运动情况清晰直观,详细比较了不同工况的天线运动过程中的力学性能差异,仿真结果可为工程设计提供理论依据。
This paper briefly introduces a high mobile radar antenna unit and the transmission structure. The virtual prototype model of the radar antenna lifting system is established and the dynamic analysis of different working conditions is simulated by ADAMS software. Finally the movement of the antenna is clear and intuitive,a detailed comparison of the differences between the mechanical properties of the antenna movement during different conditions is given,the simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for engineering design.
