某产品螺纹装配中的扭矩控制

在火工品装配中,对定扭矩有要求的螺纹产品,装配后必须用扭力扳手进行校验,这样会导致装配程序费力繁琐。针对此方法存在效率低、危险场合生产人员过多等问题,本文设计了一种半自动螺纹装配装置。该装置通过快速分离机构,扭矩检测控制机构、制动机构、随动机构等快速控制、检测、脱离、制动,保证产品扭矩,通过控制箱协调整个过程控制。
