As the market for wireless technology grows up, the application of WLAN also got more attention. 802.11 seems to bepretty close to the consumers and will be in wide use. This issue discusses some topics about 802.11.WiththepopularityofSoCandfurtherimprovementofprocess,itispossibletoconstructaMCUsystemwithinoneFPGA.IntroducedhereisasolutionprovidedbyAltera,throughwhichandcombinedwithexternalcircuits,aSoCsystemisimplemented.
