Research on Transformation of Economic Development Mode in Anhui Province

党的十八大报告指出要"加快形成新的经济发展方式",明确提出"一个立足点、四个着力"和"五个更多"的要求。党的十八届三中全会进一步从紧紧围绕使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用深化经济体制改革的角度,对形成与新的经济发展方式相适应的体制机制阐述了一系列新思路、新观点、新举措,为转变经济发展方式指明了方向。本课题立足安徽实际,分析安徽发展方式转变的现状及存在的问题,明确差距和努力方向,并提出下一步工作思路和政策建议。

The report of the 18 th National Congress of CPC has pointed out that we should speed up the creation of the new economic development mode, and addressed specifi cally the demand of one foothold, four working parts and fi ve more. The 3rd Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC has further put forward a series of new modes, new views and new measures based on the core idea of letting the market play the decisive role in allocating resources, which show us a way of transforming economic development mode. This report analyzes the present situations and problems existed in the developing process of Anhui based on its developed reality, fi nds out the gap among Anhui and other provinces and proposes the direction of working, and advises on process-proceeding and policy-making for the next developing period.
