随着我国经济的发展,基础设施需求不断增加,政府财政压力加大。PPP模式具有公私双方收益共享,风险分担的特点,在我国迅速推广。但是PPP模式在其发展推广的过程中也显现出来一些不可忽视的问题。本文阐述了PPP模式在运营推广过程中存在的问题,并提出有针对性的建议,以促进其在今后的持续健康发展。

With the development of China's economy, the demand of infrastructure is constantly on the rise,as well as the financial pressure. The Public-Private Partnership model(PPP model) is expanded rapidly in our country, which has the advantage of Public-private interests and risk sharing. But there are several problems in the development of PPP model which cannot be ignored. This article expounds the problems existing in the process of PPP in operating. Meanwhile, it puts forward several targeted suggestions that may be beneficial to it.
