我国高等教育留学竞争力研究——以北京市为例

Research on the Competitiveness of Higher Education Service Trade——Taking Beijing as an Example

高等教育留学事业的发展不仅能带来可观的经济收益,更能对人力资本质量的提升带来极大的促进作用。为用国际视野更好地把握和发展高等教育,教育国际化的财政支持必须应对更高的要求和挑战。本文在理论综述的基础上,首先概括了北京市高等教育留学在现行财政支持下的发展现状,其次用指数分析的方法探讨了其国内外竞争力,最后从财政角度提出促进北京市高等教育留学事业发展的政策建议,以期对未来北京市教育国际化财政支持的发展和推进有所启发。

The development of higher education service trade can not only bring considerable economic benefits, but also greatly improve human capital quality. In order to better grasp and develop higher education with an international perspective, the financial support of education internationalization must meet higher requirements and challenges. On the basis of theoretical review, this paper summarizes the development status of Beijing’s higher education service trade under the current financial support, and then uses the method of index analysis to explore its domestic and foreign competitiveness. Finally, this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of Beijing’s higher education service trade from a financial perspective, which will inspire the future development and promotion of the financial support for Beijing’s education internationalization.
