介绍一种椎板拉钩的固定方法

摘要 腰椎后路椎板间扩大开窗椎间盘切除术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常用术式[1-2],术中显露椎板时需安置椎板拉钩,笔者结合临床工作经验,介绍一种椎板拉钩的固定方法。1操作方法术前制作1个台下固定钩,用直径2.0 mm,长150 mm的克氏针或铁丝均可,首先在正中折弯成U形,两臂平行且相距20 mm,然后将两臂向同一侧折弯成U形,开口15 mm,做成尾部相连的2个平行的挂钩,并交给巡回护士。术中椎板显露后,
