锁定钢板与外固定架结合锁定钢板治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折的临床比较研究

Comparative study of type C3 distal radial fractures treated with LCP and LCP combined with external fixator

目的比较锁定钢板(LCP)及外固定架结合LCP治疗AO分型中C3型桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法自2007-08—2011-10对49例C3型桡骨远端骨折分别采取LCP(LCP组)及外固定架结合LCP固定(外固定架组),根据骨缺损情况适当植骨。结果所有骨折均于3个月内愈合,LCP组24例,GW评分:优16例、良4例、可4例;Batra放射学评分:优14例、良8例、可2例。外固定架组25例:GW评分:优22例、良3例;Batra放射学评分:优23例、良2例。结论对C3桡骨远端骨折,2种方法均能取得较为满意的临床效果,相对于单纯LCP固定,外固定架结合LCP能取得更高的解剖复位率及临床疗效优良率。

Objective To compare volar locking compression plate(LCP) fixation and LCP combined with external fixator for distal radial fracture of type C3. Methods From Aug. 2007 to Oct. 2011, 49 cases of type C3 distal radial fracture were treated with LCP or LCP combined with external fixator and bone grafting. Results All the fractures were healed within 3months. There were 16 cases with excellent result, 4 with good, 4 with fair result according to GW score; 14 with excellent, 8with good, 2 with fair according to Bratra score in LCP group. In LCP combined with external fixator group, 22 cases with excellent, 3 with good according to GW score; 23 with excellent, 2 with good according to Bratra score. Conclusion Both LCP and LCP combined with external fixator have satisfactory clinical outcome in the treatment of type C3 distal radial fracture. LCP combined with external fixator has more anatomic reduction and better clinical results.
