微创经皮锁定加压钢板桥接式内固定结合中药三期辩证治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板(LCP)微创经皮桥接式内固定结合中药三期辩证治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法自2007-01—2011-06采用LCP微创经皮桥接式内固定治疗25例胫骨粉碎性骨折,术后均接受中药三期辩证治疗。结果25例均得到随访,时间6~18个月。根据Joher-Wruhs评分标准:优20例,良5例。结论采用LCP微创经皮桥接式内固定结合中药三期辩证治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折,能够最大限度地保护骨折端及局部软组织的血供,提供有效的固定,减少并发症的发生,促进骨折的早期愈合,是治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的理想治疗方法。
