改良缝合锚技术治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的中短期疗效

Mid-short-term curative effect of improved suture anchor technology in treating Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation

目的介绍应用改良缝合锚技术治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的手术技巧和短中期临床疗效。方法应用改良缝合锚技术治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位27例。对手术时间、固定物置入位置、固定方式和术中术后并发症等进行分析,采用Constant-Murley评分标准对末次随访时肩关节功能恢复情况及双肩正位、肩胛骨侧位X线片前后对比进行评估。结果所有患者获得8~41个月(平均23.3个月)的随访。手术时间23~56 min(平均34.6 min)。根据ConstantMurley评分标准:优24例,良2例,可1例,优良率96.3%。结论采用改良缝合锚技术治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位,操作简捷、固定确切、疗效优良、并发症少,是一种疗效可靠的治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective To introduce the improved suture anchor technology in treating Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation and the mid-short-term curative effect. Methods Twenty-seven patients with Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with improved suture anchor technology. The operation time was recorded, and the implants location and intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed. At the final follow-up, their shoulder joint function was evaluated by Constant-Murley scoring system. The preoperative and postoperative double shoulder joint X ray film and scapula lateral X ray film were compared. Results All patients received 8-41 months(average 23.3 months) follow-up. The operation time was 23-56 min(average 34.6 min). According to the Constant-Murley scoring system, the excellent outcome was achieved in 24 patients, good in 2, and fair in 1, the excellent and good rate was 96.3%. No second acromioclavicular joint dislocation or anchor nail shift was found in shoulder joint and scapula lateral X ray film. Conclusion The improved suture anchor technology in treating Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation, with simple operation, firm fixation,good curative effect and fewer complications, is a reliable and effective treatment method, which is worth promoting.
