经皮TESSYS技术治疗巨大型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨经皮脊柱椎间孔内窥镜系统(TESSYS)技术治疗巨大型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法应用经皮TESSYS技术治疗单节段巨大型腰椎间盘突出症26例。结果26例获得随访6~24个月,术后1周及半年VAS评分分别为(1.9±1.5)、(2.3±1.3)分,优于术前的(7.4±3.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1周及半年ODI评分分别为(16.3±7.0)%、(17.3±9.2)%,优于术前的(56.2±13.5)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周Mac Nab评分:优17例,良7例,差2例,优良率92.3%。结论采用经皮TESSYS技术治疗单节段巨大型腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得推广。
