The WeChat bring communication into a new era,with its convenient,quick and strong social characteristics which got great college students' love,with convenience also ushered in the challenge.In this paper,by analyzing the WeChat for to do a good job of ideological and political education of the positive role and potential problems,and discusses how to play the advantages of WeChat for this new social media,to keep pace with the times,in order to better carry out ideological and political education work.
