摘要
考核作为干部评价和选拨工作的基础环节,一直是干部人事工作的重点和难点。高校的发展离不开发挥承上启下作用的中层干部,建立高校中层领导干部的合理的考核体系和评价标准,对激励干部积极工作、提高管理水平和治学能力、实现高效的绩效管理目标具有重要意义。此文重点概述了目前我国高校中层领导干部考核评价体系的缺陷与趋势。
