摘要
针对高校普遍存在的新任教师教学能力不足问题,以信息化教学能力参与式培训为优选路径,引领新任教师教学能力提升。信息化教学能力参与式培训以解决教学实际问题为目的,从被培训教师学习需求出发,通过多种基于信息技术的参与式学习活动,使被培训教师在主动参与、广泛交流、亲身实践和积极反思中构建知识、增长技能、提升能力,进而促进新任教师的专业成长和全面发展。
Focusing on the common problem that the novice teachers are lacking of teaching ability,universities can apply the informational teaching ability training as the optimal path to lead the novice teachers to improve their teaching ability.Participatory of informational teaching ability training aims to solve practical problems,starting from the learning demand of the trained teachers,and with participatory learning activities based on information technology,making the trained teachers construct knowledge,improve skills and ability during the actively engaged,extensive exchanges,personal practice and actively reflection,and thus promoting novice teachers professional growth and all-round development.
