摘要 中高职联合承办五年制高职茶叶生产加工技术专业,既为区域经济发展培养茶业应用型人才,又能给中职学生提供接受高等教育的机会。本文以广西职业技术学院和广西横县、昭平两个县的职教中心以及灵山县的广西正久职业学校合作办学为例,从人才培养目标、课程设置和实训等方面对本专业的人才培养模式进行了初步的探讨。 Secondary vocational school and higher vocational college jointly run Five-year Higher Vocational Tea Processing Technology Specialty,it can not only train tea industry personnel for regional economy developing,but also provide opportuni-ties for the secondary vocational school students to accept higher education .From the aspects of personnel training obj ectives, specialty orientation,specialty knowledge capability,curriculum provision and practical training,this article takes the coopera-tion of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College and Hengxian and Zhaoping Vocational Education Centers as the example and makes primary study of the personnel training mode for the Specialty of Five-year Higher Vocational Tea Processing Technol-ogy.
