高职大学生校本人文素质培养策略创新探究

A Creative Probe on Some Strategies of How to Develop Higher Vocational College Students' School-based Humanistic Quality

高职大学生人文素质培养策略需跟高等职业教育的属性、高职大学生的学情特征对接。文章以广西经贸职业技术学院为例,论述了经贸类高职大学生校本人文素质培养内容以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化为基本,以商贸精神教育为核心,以先进性别文化教育为抓手打造。根据高职大学生的学情特征,创新性地提出了"仪式教育"人文素质培养形式策略。

The strategies on how to develop higher vocational college students' humanistic quality should accord with the characteristics of higher vocational education and the students' academic situation.The thesis,taking Guangxi Economic and Trade Polytechnic as an example,has argued that the development of school-based humanistic quality in economic-and-trade-directed students should be based upon how to foster and practise their socialism-centered values as well as upon some excellent traditional culture in China,and focuses on the spiritual education in commerce and trade,and scientific sexual culture education.Besides,the thesis has also put forward'Ritual Education'especially as a creative strategy in the form of developing humanistic quality.
