基于区域企业需求的高职土建类专业群课程体系建设

Curriculum System Building of Civil Construction Specialty Group of Higher Vocational Education Based on The Demand of Regional Enterprises

企业对高素质专业人才的技术技能要求是高职教育的培养目标,高职专业群建设要围绕企业需求构建课程体系。本文结合泰州职业技术学院土建类专业群的建设经验,介绍了从区域建筑企业需求出发构建符合岗位职业能力发展规律的土建类专业群课程体系的思路和方法,并提出了高职土建类专业群课程体系的实施要点。

The demand of enterprises for high-quality professional talents of technical skills is the training target of higher vocational education.The construction of specialty group of higher vocational education must agree with the enterprise needs to construct curriculum system.Based on construction experience of the civil construction specialty group of Taizhou Polytechnic College,this paper introduced the thought and method for building the curriculum system of civil construction specialty group which is according to the law of post professional ability development and starting from regional construction enterprise needs.In addition,it put forward the key points of implementing the curriculum system of civil construction specialty group of higher vocational education.
