The Functions of College Trade Union:Practical Difficulties and Solution Methods

高校工会具有维护、建设、参与、教育四大职能。工会的角色定位清晰度不够、组织机构依附性明显、工作方式行政化浓厚、职能行使主动性不足等,客观上导致工会职能行使存在着失位、虚位、缺位、错位等问题。高校工会职能问题的破解,亟待创新工会管理体制,优化工会运行机制,加强工会自身建设,开展工会工作评估,推进工会理论研究。

College trade union has four major functions which includes maintenance,construction,participation and education.Position ambiguity,tissue attachment,very strong administrative color,and lack of functional initiative,lead to the out-ofposition,the phantom,the absence and the dislocation of function.In order to solve these problems,it is very important to innovate trade union system,to optimize the operation mechanism,to strengthen trade union,to conduct the work evaluation and to promote the trade union research.
