民办高校学生思想政治教育的特点主要表现为学生思想政治教育体制的特殊性、教育目标的差异性、教育环境的开放性、教育对象的特殊性与复杂性、教育形式手段的多样性与探索性等。特有的矛盾以及教育要素之间的内在的、本质的、必然的、稳定的联系,形成了民办高校学生思想政治教育自身的规律,这主要包括服从和服务社会发展规律、多要素协同规律、和而不同规律和需要驱动规律等。

As a special ideological and political education form,the main features of the students' ideological and political education in the private colleges are the particularity of its system,the diversity of the education objectives,the openness of the education environment,the particularity and complexity of the education objects,the diversity and exploration of education methods.The special contradiction and the internal,essential,inevitable,and stable connection of the educational factors determine thespecific rules which are stressed by the ideological and political education in the private colleges.It mainly includes the law of serving and obeying the social development,the law of coordinating multifactor,the law of the harmonizing as well as differing and the law of needing motive.
