高校人才培养的质量要求与之相适应的人才培养模式,人才培养模式又从根本上决定了人才培养质量的高低。由于高校会计专业人才培养模式现有的各种缺陷,决定了我们不可能培养出高质量的会计人才,因此,不断改革和创新高校会计专业人才培养模式,是大学会计教育改革的一个重要方向,也是社会对高素质会计人才必然的要求。

The quality requirements of talents training in universities to adapt themselves to the talent training mode,training mode is fundamentally and determines the quality of personnel training.Due to existing various defects of the accounting professional talent training pattern in colleges and universities,decided it is impossible for us to produce high quality accounting talents.Therefore,continuous reform and innovation in colleges and universities accounting professional personnel training mode,is an important direction of university accounting education reform,also is the need for high quality accounting talents.
