姆贝基“非洲复兴”思想剖析

南非前总统姆贝基作为奠定新南非政局的一位重要政治人物,其"非洲复兴"思想不仅深刻地影响了南非新千年的发展,也对整个非洲的发展产生了一定影响。在南非国内,姆贝基下台已经成为事实,继任者将如何继续前任领导人所进行的事业,如何评价姆贝基的"非洲复兴",对政权是否能够顺畅交接也会产生一定影响。研究姆贝基的"非洲复兴"思想,对今后南非的发展,乃至整个非洲发展理论的发展都具借鉴意义。本文通过梳理"非洲复兴"思想发展历程,考察其基本内容和实践情况,分析其成效和局限,尝试管窥南非发展道路,并对非洲发展理论的完善做出思考。

Thabo Mbeki sparkplugged the 'African Renaissance' theory based on his work experience and his reflection on African development.Guided by this theory,this former president of South Africa endeavored to fulfill the mission of African revival in his own country and beyond,which affected quite a lot of African countries and shaped NEPAD.However,Mbeki’s sudden resignation aroused suspicion over his development theory and it’s fate.Through a review of its history,its contents and implementation,through an analysis of its effects and limitation,this paper attempts to probe into South Africa’s development and the improvement of theories on African development.
