人力资本积累与经济增长的实证关系研究——基于我国20省(市)面板数据的分析

西南交通大学公共管理学院王国旗王文欢本文运用省际面板数据对我国部分省(市)人力资本积累与经济增长关系进行计量分析,发现人力资本积累与经济增长存在着较为显著的正相关性。通过对人力资本积累与经济增长关系的分析,对促进我国经济长期有效增长的教育政策有所启示。

This article utilizes the interprovincial kneading board data(city) the human capital accumulation and the economic growth relations carries on the measurement analysis to our country partial provinces,discovered that the human capital accumulation and the economic growth have a more remarkable relevance.Through to the human capital accumulation and the economic growth relations' analysis,to promotes our country economy long-term effective growth educational policy to have the enlightenment.
