摘要
多元化经营对企业绩效的影响至今未有定论。许多理论文献认为,多元化经营的成本与收益并存,而实证结果却不完全一致。本文分析了2005-2007年40家制造业类上市公司多元化经营与企业绩效的关系,发现总体多元化水平与企业绩效之间是负相关性。
The multiplex management has not had the conclusion until now to the enterprise achievements' influence.Many theory literature believed that multiplex management cost and income coexisting,but real diagnosis result actually not completely consistent.This article has analyzed 2005-2007 year 40 manufacturing industry class To be listed multiplication management with the enterprise achievements relations,between the discovery overall multiplication level and the enterprise achievements is an inverse correlation.
