贫困山区土地抛荒问题的调查与分析——以四川省旺苍乡县福庆乡为例

党第十七届中央委员会第三次全体会议进一步明确了我国农村改革发展基本目标任务。土地抛荒问题是农村耕地问题的一个重要方面。鉴于全国土地抛荒现象越来越严重,笔者通过对旺苍县福庆乡的土地抛荒现象进行了调查,总结了贫困山村土地抛荒的深层次原因,希望能加深读者对贫困山村土地抛荒的理解和重视。

Abandoned land issue is an important problem in rural areas.The phenomenon of national abandoned Land is becoming more and more serious.The author have made an investigation about the abandoned land in Fuqing and have summed up the deep-seated reasons of abandoning land in poverty-stricken village,hoping to deepen the reader’s understanding and attenti
