摘要
长期以来,我国人事档案管理工作相对滞后,存在人事档案意识薄弱,管理制度不健全,管理人员配备不足,硬件条件不完全符合档案安全保管要求,信息化、现代化水平不高等问题,在一定程度上限制了人事档案作用的发挥。本文对此进行了分析,针对这些问题,提出了全面加强高校人事档案管理工作的几点建议。
Since long,our country dossier supervisory work relative lag,existence dossier consciousness is weak,the control system not to be perfect,the administrative personnels to provide the insufficiency,the hardware condition meets the file safe storage requirement not completely,the informationization,the modernized level not higher question,to a certain extent has limited the dossier function display.This article has carried on the analysis regarding this,in view of these questions,proposed strengthens the university dossier supervisory work comprehensively several suggestions.
