摘要
随着高校数字图书馆的不断发展,图书馆员已经由以前单一的图书借还员转变为知识管理者,如何有效的提高当前高校图书馆的工作效率成为图书馆学的热门话题,本文探讨了岗位轮换制的意义和实施方法,提出岗位轮换制是深化高校图书馆改革,加强和完善图书馆管理工作的一向重要举措,也是提高图书馆员综合素质和管理能力有效途径。
Along with the university Digital library's unceasing development,the library personnel already transformed by the before sole books taking advantage of also into the knowledge superintendent,how effective to enhance the current university library the working efficiency to become the library science hot topic of discussion,this article has discussed the post rotation system significance and the implementation method,proposed that the post rotation system deepens the university library reform,strengthened and consummates the library management work always the important action,was also improves the library personnel overall quality and the managed capacity efficient path.
