摘要
本文以供给——需求及均衡的法经济分析工具简析我国《物权法》中浮动抵押制度的当代合理性与不足,近而试提出改进性建议。
In this paper,the Supply-Demand and Equilibrium of economic analysis tools are used to analyse the contempo-rary rationality and deficiency of floating charge system in China's 'property law',and then some suggestions are proposed.
