成都市素有"休闲之都"美名,有着丰富的休闲旅游资源。随着现代旅游业的发展,"休闲蓉城"近郊休闲旅游资源显现出特征鲜明的两种开发模式。这两种模式既有相同点又存在差异。发展休闲旅游,不仅需要"有闲"、"有钱",而且需要"有意",需要根据景区的资源禀赋、辐射能力、承载能力、社会收益等因素确定景区开发模式。
