摘要
企业绩效管理在人力资源管理中占据着重要地位。本文主要从当前企业绩效管理中存在的问题出发,探讨加强企业绩效管理的对策。
The enterprise performance management in human resources management occupies an important position.In this paper,from the current enterprise performance management problems in starting to explore measures to enhance corporate perfor-mance management.
