基于胜任力培养的国际经济与贸易专业模拟实验教学研究

职业胜任力是企业招聘员工和考评员工的重要依据,本文首先结合国际经济与贸易专业的特点构建出相应的胜任力模型,并通过国际贸易模拟实验教学的现实意义分析入手,得出其对于培养学生职业胜任力的作用,最后结合实际教学经验提出模拟实验教学的总体内容设置以及实施过程中的几点建议。

The occupation competence strength is the enterprise advertises for the staff and examines and critiques staff's impor-tant basis,this article first unifies the international economy and the trade specialized characteristic constructs the corresponding competent strength model,and obtains through the international trade modelling teaching's practical significance analysis,to obtain it regarding to raise the student occupation competence strength the function,finally unifies the field research experience to propose in the modelling teaching overall content establishment as well as implementation process several suggestions.
