摘要
本文尝试从三种认知过程和两个阶段的角度对就业心理从另一个角度进行初步的探讨,并据此提出就业心理的阶段性培养模式。同时结合高职院校的特点,剖析加强就业心理阶段性培养模式的三个着力点,并由此引出对就业心理的培养更深层次的思考。
This article attempts from three kind of cognition processes and two stage angle carries on the preliminary discussion to the employment psychology from another angle,and proposes the employment psychology gradual raise pattern according to the above.Simultaneously unifies the quality colleges and universities the characteristic,the analysis strengthens the employment psy-chology gradualness raise pattern three points of application,and draws out from this to the employment psychology raise deeper level ponder.
