高校中非正式组织的消极作用浅析

非正式组织对学生的思想状态、行为方式、交往对象、学校制度的遵守情况都有着重要的影响。正确对待非正式组织,发现其消极作用,采用多种方法加以合理的管理和引导,使之为学校的正常活动服务,是本文研究的主要目的。

The unofficial organization to student's thought condition,the behavior way,the contact object,the school system observes the situation to have the important influence.Treats the unofficial organization correctly,discovered that its negative effect,uses many kinds of methods to perform the reasonable management and the guidance,causes it to serve for the school normal activ-ities,is main purpose which this article studies.
