摘要
国有企业食堂管理与服务质量的高低,一方面关系到企业全部员工的用餐问题,另一方面与员工的身体健康、工作效率及企业的效益有着重要的关系。在国有企业改革的过程当中,仍然存在着值得我们去研究的问题,本文在分析企业食堂管理与服务存在问题的基础上,提出了改进的措施,为创造良好的国有企业食堂管理服务质量提供建议。
State-owned enterprises canteen management and service quality high and low,on the one hand related to the company all the staff dining on the other hand with the staff's health,work efficiency and the efficiency of enterprises have an important relationship.Of state-owned enterprise reform process,there are still worthy of us to study the issue,this paper analyzes corporate cafeteria management and service problems,based on the proposed improvement measures,in order to create a good quality of service of state-owned enterprises to provide advice canteen management
