摘要
对混凝土结构设计安全度和规范的修订,提出了以下三方面看法:①规范中的安全度设定水平需要大幅度提高;②关于可靠度设计理论;③关于设计规范的强制性。
To the concrete structure design degree of security and the standard revision,proposed the following three aspect view:①In the standard degree of security hypothesis level needs to enhance large scale;②About reliability design theory;③About design standard compulsory.
